Machine,Labour time error in confirmation

Dear all,

I have given machine,labour time is 2 mins for each in routing.

But during confirmation its showing different mins.I have not done any settings.

Kindly find below image,please clarify

Hi,

In routing you maintain activities values just for the base qty for operation and when you do the confirmation system calculates on the basis of yield or confirmed qty, based on the configuration settings for confirmation parameters.

So these values will always be different from routing base qty until you confirm the same base qty in CO11N/CO15.

Hi sharma,

In routing for base quantity i have given 2 mins.

During confirmation yield quantity 2,so its has to come 4 mins,but its showing some different value

Hi

Check the formulas which you have assigned to machine/Labor in work center, you can also test the formula in work center it self, also check whether you have assigned operation splitting in routing.

Analyzing the screenshots, it looks like the times in the routing are in minutes but the times on the confirmation are on a different unit of measure.

Which unit has been defined for the standard value on the order operation?
