Writing Back to SP via Dashboard

Hello Team,

We have a requirement where we need to create a dashboard which will take user inputs and then pass this input to Stored Procs at backend.

If it's possible then please confirm, if this can be achieved through web services, or there is any other way around.

Any write-up, doc will be helpful.
