Bug in Family layout of SP2?

Hi,

I wonder if anyone has encountered this problem with the Family Mode of SP2. I am trying to associate images with families of products (in the Family Mode), but MDM isn't launching up anything on double-clicks. To cite an example, do the following on the InQuera repository bundled with MDM:

1. Open the Demo Catalog in Client

2. Go to the Family Mode.

3. Double click on "Categories"

4. Navigate to Safety Products -> Personal Protection -> Hand/Foot & Limb Protection -> Gloves -> Manufacturer: Ansell Protective Products -> Name: AccuTechT 870 Gloves (the first product line)

5. Click on the "Family Detail" tab.

Double-click on the "Family Image" or "Family Description" fields - nothing happens. I could locate only 3 families with images associated (the one I have mentioned is one of them). For these families I am able to right-click and edit externally, but not change the image itself. For any other family I am not able to associate any image to the family itself.

Is this a bug? If so, is there a workaround? And if not, what am I doing wrong?

Hello Sayontan,

There is a small bug in the family details tab. But there is a simple workaround. Instead of double-clicking to add an image or text, just press enter. This will let you add whatever it is you need.
