Issue in UMT - Timeout service

I am using SAP BI 4.1 SP2 and wanted to migrate report/objects from BO XI R2 to BI 4.1

Issue 1 :

after adding source and destination server detail i encounter with timeout service. then i modified command line of UMT and added following line before -jar

but it didn't resolve the issue. Any suggestion ?

-Dumt.systemVar.override.pluginTimeoutinSec=1200

:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\sapjvm\bin\javaw.exe" -Xmx20g -Djava.library.path="..\..\..\..\win64_x64" -Dumt.systemVar.override.pluginTimeoutinSec=1200 -jar upgrademanagementtool.jar

Issue2 :

Second issue in one of the source server XIR2 we don't have administrator account's password but we do hv account with admin access in CMC.

in UMT - in source detail it did not allow account other then administrator . Can anyone know how we can use normal account to connect to source server? . or how to reset password for administrator account in XI R2 ?

Regards,

Avi.
