Hi,

can anybody tell me how I can hide all the totals in a crosstab?

I know how to hide one by one (total > hide totals) but I need to hide all of them.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

Hello,

i'm not sure if i can follow.

  • In your crosstab select all / several of the characterstics cells.
  • Rightclick within the selection to call up the context menu.
  • Select total > hide totals.

The totals for all characteristics  of your selection will be removed from the crosstab.

You are not restricted to hiding them one by one.

Thanks Werner for your reply.

I have only the option in case I choose only one cell. I don't know what is the reason.

I can only hide the last column total that I select David, I don't think there is a way to do this therefore definitely something for the idea's place.

The only workaround and it's not really a workaround, would be to select Pause Refresh and then in your Display Panel select each individual member and hide the total. While you have to select them one by one, at least when you click on Pause Refresh you only have to wait once for the changes to be reflected.

With regards
