Hi Harald,

I have not received the email for SAP Credential manager.

My ID is s____________

please activate my account

I had completed in 2013 and still didn't receive email.

your data are handed over to SAP Credential Manager and the invitation should go out within the next 24hrs.

Hi Harald,

I cleared Success Factors Performance and Goal Management certification on 22.03.2018 and my user ID is 0010405889. I received an email from sap.noreply@pearson.com email account with one time activation code to create new account in credential manager. However, my system got abruptly shutdown and I couldn't create my new account and when I used the activation code link again I got message "The account URL is already been used". Please help how do I get new activation link to create account. Or kindly, resend me new activation link on my registered email ID attached to my User ID.
