Fiori user request return "No Data"

Hello

We have a weird situation with one of our enduser using tile "Clear Incoming Payments".

When this user is using that tile and select a Journal Entry to be cleared, he received a "No Data" message in following screens "Open Items" and "Items to be cleared".

There is no doubt that some data should be displayed in that screen.

We know that it is not an authorization issue because we tried the same procedure with another user who have the same security roles and parameters in backend and frontend server, this second user is able to see the items.

We've reset browser cache of enduser desktop but didn't fix it

We've copy the user who is experencing this problem under a new user name, so both users are now identical for sure. This duplicate user is now able to see the items

Does anybody experience this type of problem and know how to fix this ?
