using NWBC (f.desktop), can not move main-Window up/down or to a second screen

2 questions, to which i could not find an answer in NWBC-FAQ:

1)

when using NWBC for desktop 4.0 (screen not maximized) - i could not move the whole main-window up or down or right or left

(as like all other windows-applications)

the main-window is fixed on the top-/ left-corner and could not be moved (by clicking/mouse-hold in the header-line)

2)

when using NWBC (screen not maximized) - using on a pc with two screens,

i could not move the main-window on to the second screen

(as like all other windows-applications)

why or how ?

o.k. - obviously it is an error on SAP-GUI 7.30 PL08 or NWBC-4.0 PL11,

after updating both, SAP-GUI for Windows 7.30 to PL09

and after updating NWBC for desktop vers 4.0 to PL13

it works as expected.  moving the main-window and moving to a second screen
