EC properties file not getting displayed

Hi,

I am using SAP EC 3.0 SP10 PL3 and Net Weaver CE 7.31. I am not able to see EC properties file under Environmental Performance -> Configuration -> Basic Settings -> EC properties.

This is a known issue and it appears when the system gets migrated from 2.0 to 3.0. It has been already addressed in SAP EC 3.0 SP2. However although I am using the higher version, still I am getting this error.

Please provide any inputs on the same.

Note: My SAP EC instance is a new installation and it has not been migrated from 2.0 to 3.0.

This issue is resolved now after importing the initial data files given in (EC_30_SP10_init.zip). Details in SAP Note 1562009 - SAP Environmental Compliance 3.0 SP10 Note.
