Log In fails in ATE and shows message as Incomplete log on data

Hello Experts,

I am very new to Agentry. I am trying to connect  SAP back end from  ATE with the user name and password (user/pwd mentioned in the JavaBe.ini file) that agentry server  uses to connect SAP.

Server starts successfully but in ATE I get an error  RFC-Log on-Failure with a message Incomplete log on data.

But one thing noticed, when I try to log-in to ATE as a administrator(User with admin rights) then it works fine even I am able to fetch data from SAP.

*I guess, It's related to cryptography(key container).

Please help me If any body faced this issue earlier.

Hi,

    We have encountered this issue when working with non sap agentry server. It may be the case like you don't have enough permissions to access the server with out administrative rights.Allow full control to the server folder and ATE  for your user.Hope it may work.
