inventory posting with wrong date

If a company had confirmed some Inventory Posting with a wrong count date wich is the faster way to correct the problem?

I tried to reconstruct the items movements, that are managed by Bin Location and Batch Number, to create a file to import in stock posting document to restore the warehouse. When i checked the extracted data i found that in some case on IBT1 and OINM was recorded only the sum of the movements and not the detail, an example is the document below.

In this document from two Bin Location was removed the batches quantity and in the third bin location was added the same batches. On Batch number transactions i found only a record but on Stock Posting list by Document i can see the detail of movements.

Where can i find, via query, this detail? How can retrive the batch quantity in a bin location on a certain data?
