SA password in MSSQL keeps changing Randomly every hour

Dear All,

SA password in MSSQL keeps changing Randomly every hour.

Due to this we are unable to log-in MSSQL as well as SAP B1.

We do not have any jobs assigned in MSSQL Server.

After we stabilize the password every thing works fine for a finite period of time

and the problem repeats.

Please advice a permanent solution to stabilize the SA password.
