Hello,
1. I have a Webi report with a CrossTab
2. I have created a BI Service for this cross tab
3. The Cross Tab cells are mapped/ binded to the Dashboard Excel cells
4. ** Please note** i have allowed room in the mapping / binding of extra cells should the Crosstab grow with more columns
When I look at what is returned in the dashboard the second row of data starts on the extra column cells ?
See attached picture. The green block is what gets produced in the Dashboard form the data on the table from the cross tab from the tables above the Green block.
Any ideas why this should be the case ?
Are there any workarounds?
NB : I have searched SCN for this issue bit have not fould anything ?

Hi Sanjay,
I was facing the same problem, the workaround i followed was to add 0 to empty spaces in webi report by writing a variable if isempty then 0 or actual measure
That solved my issue

Hi,
instead of BI webservice use Live office connection and import the WSDL URL into Liveoffice connection.
or
1.Create Live office connection using Liveoffice Tool and pull the webi report as a source and place into Liveoffice Excel sheet.
2.import the excel sheet and use Live office connection from Data manager in Dashboard Designer.
if you are facing any challenges follow the below document which having detail descrption:

Hi Noopur,
This does not help, I have done exactly as per 1996974 but I know how to create a dashboard on Webi Crosstab. The issue is with allowing extra columns if the cross tab grows Horizontally.
If you see the Green Block above I have mapped out an extra column (after NEW3), incase a new3
