Regarding Sub report..

hi.

i need small information..

normally we are putting Line items which are repeating ..

in Detail Section For

Line1

Line2

Line3

Line4

I need this type of Functionality AT report Footer is it possible..

I put sub report at Report footer..

If i click only  then new Preview will be open and showing like

what i need

main report

details section

line2

line3

line3

report footer

line1

line2

line3

line4

like this is it possible..

i need your valuable suggestions.

if you don't understood also plz inform me..

Hi Srinivas,

Insert the subreport in the report footer section.

Add the fields in the Subreport.

And do not check the box On demand subreport.

Hi Srivinas,

Is it a linked sub report ? If it is linked just check the links between main report and sub report by going to change subreport links of sub report

In sub report Preview Data is Coming  As per the parameter i linked to the main report and sub report.

but in main report preview it is not comming.

Not tell me Any thing is wrong..

Hi Srinivas,

Data is coming.

just goto 6 and 7th page of report.
Also right click sub report->format sub report->Uncheck keep object together

Hi,

I have just checked your report and let me say

here i am getting the data in main report but on

the next page.

It is happening because your Sub-Report is not fitted with

available remaining space. so,it will automatically moving to next

page.

Please check the data source of sub-report or you

are using any linked parameter.
