please help in configuring IDoc to JDBC scenario

Hi all,

i am very much new to SAP XI 3.0. We are trying to execute an IDoc-XI-JDBC scenario. The data in the segments of the IDoc should be populated into a table of the database.I am unable to do it as I am totally new to XI.Can any one please help me on the steps invovled in configuring the above scenario or please provide any document describing a similar configuration.

    Hi Vishnu...the links u have provided have been very usefull....but the problem is i am very new to SAP technology...n XI is totallt totally new to me....and the links u have provided are not starting from the scrach....i mean the blogs do not cover how to configure the SLD settings.....can you please provide me some more links/documents where in the scenarion configuration is covered in details from the step1....

    I am not at all able to follow up the documents...can you please give me some more links
