Service confirmation does not show in Billing due list

HI Guys,

We have an issue with the service confirmations not showing up in the Billing due list.

I have done the following checks

1) All items have status transferred to Billing and header status complete.

2) No errors on service confirmation and service request

3) The item categories for all the items is relevant for billing

4) The service confirmation entries are in table /1BEA/CRMB_DLI (Billing due list table)

We are using CRM 4.0

Hi Uday,

check wether determination of billing Engine item category is maintained in SPRO or not.

SORO -- CRM  -- BIlling --- Item Categ Determination  ----  Assign Item Categories.

Thanks, I have checked all these and I have maintained all required SPRO config settings, I have this only this issue for a few service confirmations.

Any other idea?

Hi,

Check the status of the items for the confirmations which are not showing in the billing due list. It should be transfered to billing. Other thing which you can do is go to tcode /BEA/CRMB04 and give the confirmation number and try to analyse the incomplete billing due list.

Thanks Prajit, i have checked this again, the invoice is already created for this, but for some reason the document flow is not showing the generated invoice number.
