Cloud limited licences can't change their own language

Dear Gurus of the Interwebs,

We are running B1 on the Cloud, using CCC 1.1 and SAP B1 9.0 PL10HF1. For a specific tenant we have users that need to see their interface in Spanish. When the limited financials user goes into the system, he doesnt' have the option to change the language. I go in as a super user, set the language to spanish, and the user still doesn´t get the interface in spanish. Can one of you point in the right direction?

Any idea is appreciated.
