STR / STO ECC Intergration with APO

We have a Semi-Finished Material manufactured at location 1020 (The source), this location is managed by APO. The target location 1040 is still managed in ECC.

The STR / STO (+) created in 1040 by ECC needs to be reflected in the location 1020 (APO) as demand (STR-).

The only way I found to do this is:

1. Transfer the Location 1040 to APO via CIF
2. Transfer the Materials 1040 to APO via CIF
3. Create manually a Transportation Lane between 1020 --> 1040 (optional)
4. Create an integration model to send the STR / STO to 1040 in APO. Note: This must be set as initial transfer to send the non fixed STR generated by the 1040 MRP

I am ok at transferring the 1040 Master Data to APO, what I have an issue with is the last point (4), sending the ECC transactional documents (STR/STO) to APO. In addition, it has to be an initial transfer.

If anyone knows of a better way or if I got it wrong please let me know.
