Dependent requirements not triggered for a component (Incomplete explosion of BOM components)

Planned orders from APO for FG product, a component is missing in planned order (BOM not exploded completely in ECC). Whereas when we created a planned order manually in ECC, complete list components are existing in Planned order. For the SNP planned Orders only one component (out of many ROH components) is missing in Planned order there by no dependent requirements triggered for that component

Checked BOM validity dates for missing component, lot size of component in material master & Production Version for FG, everything seems to be in place.

Let me know the probable root cause & solution for the said problem
