BODS 4.2:Cannot write onto Disk for the file ..

Hi Experts

We get the below error when executing josb on BODS 4.2:

Cannot write onto Disk for the file <C:\ProgramData\SAP BusinessObjects\Data

Services/log/PCache/172.16.16.149_erdev_er_bi4_user2/24421Equicache37_1592.usrec>. OS Error: <No space left on device>

I have tried clearing logs and space from the drive mentioned,still no solution for the same.

Please suggest were am i going wrong.
