PRs created in APO are not coming over to ECC

Hello Experts,

We are trying to create PRs in the planning book in APO. However, when we are saving the PR, we get a message 'Multi-level error propagation carried out'. Also, this results in stuck queues in RETRY status : Command to tRFC/qRFC: Execute LUW again.

Have you encountered such situation earlier, if so request you to throw so light on it. Thank you.
