BOXI 3.1 SP7: Modify an installation (Linux)

Hi:

We have a BOXI 3.1 SP7 on a linux machine.

Do you know what's the way to modify an installation?

What is the script we should use?

We tried with install.sh, but this script just run another installation.

We want to change our previous installation to add all the drivers provided by the installation package.

Best regards.

Hi,

in the bobje Directory you find the Script ./AdOrRemoveProducts.sh

With this one you can Modify your Installation aswell.

Hi Rahul

With AddOrRemoveProducts.sh I just could add new packages (like Dashboard) or remove whole the installation.

I can't find the script to modify the instalation to change the Database Access.

I have a problem with the access to Informix and SQL Server conections using jdbc, and I follow a SAP Note that told I must add all the Database Access...

Hello,

could be that you are right and we have a little mismatch of knowledge here between XI 3.1 and BI 4.1.

I checked the UNIX Installation Guide for XI 3.1 SP7:

Chapter 2.2.2
