ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND error

While logging in through the BBPstart service in SRM 4.0 (Server Server 5) we get the following error. We have all the latest patches (SRM server - 7, Basis/ABAP - 14, Kernel- 87).

We also get an error "ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND" in dev_w0.

Integrated ITS is working fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

The dump in ST22 doesn't have much info.

We have all the latest patches as suggested in note 859213 solution.

is this service <b>bbpstart</b> published to site INTERNAL.

Yes. it is & all other importtant services like, webgui, system, schuffler etc.

Can somebody confirm if in SRM 4.0, we have a service called BBPGLOBAL (thru SICF) under default_host->SAP->BC->Gui->SAP->ITS ?

I am sorry, I didn't post the actual error mesage that comes in the browser after logging in in the BBPSTART service.

What has happened?

The URL http://bg3sapc.bdc3bproj.co.in:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system IBS : Templateinterpretation abgebrochen, Template nicht vorhanden.

The error occurred on the application server bg3sapc_IBS_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

SYSTEM-EXIT of program BBPGLOBAL "

RABAX_STATE error messages would generated ABAP dump, check transaction ST22 to analyze the error.

The problem was solved by maintaining the TWPURLSVR table properly.

Hi Sameer,

Even I run into the same problem and I checked in the table TWPURLSVR for entries, I do not see any entries. How to maintain entries? Please help.
