java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset in SAP PI

Hi All,

ECC --> PI --> SuccessFactors (Synchrounous Communication)

Login and Logout is happening successfully into SF . But while inserting data using interface SFSFUserUpsertRequestConfirmation , we are getting this connection reset error in PI. Results data loss into SF.

Initially we are getting synchronous timeout error in PI. So we increased the timeout (

xiadapter.inbound.timeout.default) value from default value (3mins) to 5mins and then currently set to 8 mins.

Please provide me the resolution.
