Hi Gurus,
It's my second message for today and I need your help one more time.
I'm configuring ITSM for VAR Support in Solman 7.1 SP10.
When I create an incident with a user who has SOLMANREQU authorisations and This message is assigned to a BP automatically as Support Team.
My dispatcher user is assigned to a BP that is a employee of 1st Level Support BP.
But When I login CRM_UI with user IM_DSPT_SMC, I can't find that incident in my "Messages Box" or search box.
I think it'a an authorisation problem. Can you please help me which object do I need to look for this issue.
I'm using ZSOLMANDSPTC as a business role and ZMIV as a Transaction profile.

I found the solution in document IT Service Management Roles and Authorizations - SAP IT Service Management on SAP Solution Manager -... ,
It's needed to add Z* Transaction types to CRM_ORD_PR authorisation objects.
