can't configure SDK location

hello, I've downloaded the JAVA Web SDK zip file and saved it to my local drive from this page:SAP HANA Cloud Platform.  However, the next steps say to setup the SDK location, see here:SAP HANA Cloud Platform.  The first steps in the directions are to go to Window | Preferences | Server | HANA cloud...but I don't have a Server option.  so I can't figure out how to set the SDK location.

I'm running Eclipse Kepler Service release 2.

Hey Greg,

Most likely you have not installed Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers but some other Eclipse package. Make sure you install Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers and restart it after installing SAP HCP tools.

HTH!
