Sender name for SMS

Hi all,

Where is the sender name is maintained to send SMS to the users. In simple terms, when the SMS is received by the user he should see some name on the mobile. Where is this name is maintained in the CRM system Or this is controlled by the external gateway?

Hello,

I'm not sure which scenario you are refering to - if you send the SMS from a Marketing Campaign or send a certain target group to the SMS channel directly you can maintain the sender directly:

Hi Mike ,

    If you are going through the third party vendor (SMS Provider) just check with them.

We are sending SMS through ABAP by the 3rd party we suggested some name to them they kept like that only, users are getting SMS's with name(Title).
