    Hi,

You can add it as unplanned delivery cost or directly add the amount against the required GL in the GL account tab in MIRO. Replicate the scenario in Quality and test the options. Check the accounting entries and revert back.

    Hi,

This situation can be well tackled with the separet GL account postings at MIRO which will be there in other tab . You check the insurance and labour changes are assigned to which GL and add that amount to that GL as debit/credit what ever the case may be and post them .

Or as APKT told you can post them as unplannaed costs or post a direct FI ledeger posting to that vendor .

    Regards,

Post the MIRO in 2 steps:

    1) Give your PO reference MIRO and capture the invoice of the import vendor normally.

    2) Give your PO reference again in MIRO. Change the line item amount to '0'. Now go to the 'Details' tab and change the invoicing party to the 'Customs Vendor'.

Use the G/L tab and the Material tab to add the duties. For example, custom duties should go on to the material cost so add them in the material tab, whereas you can take credit for CVD so put the correct G/L in the G/L tab.

Simulate and post the invoice. Pay the customs vendor (if not paid already)

As you have forgot to enter the amount in purchase order, then the correct solution would be correct the purchase order..

You should cancel the GR and enter the amount in condition tab, then post the GR again..

If you correct the entry in MIRO, then you will find a mismatched value between GR and IR..

    • So, in that case, you can take help of 202 movement type..

      Note the GR details..

And Post a stock into the same plant and storage location by using movement type 202.

Then you can able to cancel the GR. The correct your PO, then again post the GR.. Then cancel the 202 movement type. Then check everything...

You have to just take care of the GR date and 202 movement type's date.. That will be same.
