Data Retrieval Parameters not working for interaction history overview in Accounts screen

HI All,

  We are not able to see any activity created for the Account in interaction history. so i set the data retrieval parameter status as completed. even after setting the parameter still i am not able to see any documents in the screen. is their any activation to be done after setting the parameter.

Hi Selvam,

Check the customizing settings via the following path

Transaction SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Master Data -> Business Partner -> Specify Display Options for Business Transactions

Thks for the reply.

  I tried it, in account overview we are able to see the open documents in planned activity block but once the document is completed the documents should move to interaction history. that is not working. all the completed documents disappears in planned activity but not displaying in interaction history.

Hi Selvam,

Do you not see a particular kind of activity or all kinds of activities? May be something with status of your activities?

Just an outside thought.

The issue is solved based on the Data retrieval parameter and the status setting for the transaction.
