Dashboard (Flash) Error - Cannot Access External Data

Hello

1. I have created a Webi report(Simple Block)

2. I have Created a Web Service for the block

3. IN dashboard, i created a QWAAS for the Web Service.

4. I have bound the necessary variables to the Dashboard Excel cells

5. Preview the dashboard and I get the error

6. OK it is a error from Adobe Flash

Any one got any ideas how I can resolve this

It seems it started working.

I am not sure if refreshing the Web Services sorted the issue out

In most cases restarting the webservices you can get through, if not please explain the steps you did, so that it can be helpful for others to close the issue.

Hi Suman,

I did several things and not sure which one actually resolved it but I think your answer on refreshing WebService could have resolved it.

1. I refreshed the Webi report.

2. I refreshed the Web Services

3. In Dashboard, I unticked and ticked the Refresh before components are loaded.

Try to refresh your web service and check the below discussion is similar to your scenario.
