Dear SRM Gurus, we are Setting up a completely new SRM-System. When calling a catalog, we get above page dislayed in the browser. Has anybody seen this error before? Thanks and best regards Julian

Actually, the responsible Basis Consultant in the Project missed to upgrade SRM to the latest SP-level. Now with the current SP, everything works fine.

@Laurent: thanks for your input! I will keep it in mind for future catalog issues.

thank you to put a screen-shot (easier to understand).

Did you try to launch directly inside web browser URL assigned to your web service (catalog)?

Dear Laurent,

thanks for your quick response.

I have attached a screenshot. This screenshot appears, when we call the web service (catalog) from the SRM Shopping cart.

The strange thing, the error appears with all our test-catalogs that work completely well in our other SRM-Systems.

Hello,

check below thread:

SAP SRM - Punchout Catalog dump

It seems to be related to BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER and BYPASS_INB_HANDLER parameter.

Try with 'X' or without 'X' (empty).
