Crystal Reports 2008 download

Hi

I'm using Crystal Reports 2008 since 01.01.2008 - we bought it when it was Crystal Decisions Crystal Reports - not SAP Crystal Reports.

Now I want to obtain new installation with all SP included (system reinstallation) but it's impossible - all downloads needs SAP account.

What about old customers that don't use SAP? Where can I find support? How to obtain newest version of CR2008 ??

I don't know if you understood me correctly. I don't want to buy new licence - I have 4 licences since 01.01.2008 - I only want to download newest setup file with all SP included. Earlier it was possible using Crystal Reports Support page. Now I can't find any resources with downloads. Do I have to contact sales to get setup files ?

I called Sales at (866-681-3435), they weren't able to help.

They did transfer me to another group that deals with Crystal Reports and they were able to send me the link for the download.  The direct number for that group is (877-844-3765).
