Data Upload for five months

Hi,

Its roll out Project .Already uploaded the opening balance for GL , AR ,AP and Asset . Now I want to upload data for Jan 2014 to May 2014 for 5 months . Please suggest how can proceed further , what template to create for 5 months data.
