I am experiencing the same issue I'm currently having with budget data display on the Compensation Planning iView for a particular compensation review item.
On Debuging found that FM HR_ECM_EVALUATE_GUIDLINE is reading table V_T71ADM03 and that because I have an entry for the guideline variant, the budget data is not displayed.
I initially configured a guideline variant for compensation review item Merit Increase. I assigned this guideline variant in table V_T71ADM03. With this configuration in place, the budget data is not displayed in the Compensation Planning iView for Merit Increase. If I remove the guideline variant from V_T71ADM03, then the budget data is displayed on the Compensation Planning iView for Merit Increase. However, by removing the guideline variant configuration, I wouldn't be able to use the Apply Guideline functionality while calculation budget based on Guidelines. I hope someone can help me.
