Hello All,
Could any one please clarify me whether '0' value will be replaced in the Destination, if destination is having some number.
Ex Target Planning Area is having some number (ex: 20) for particular CVC and Source Planning Area is having Zero value for the same CVC.
Now after the Planning Area copy job runs, whether Target CVC will be loaded with Zero value or will it have same old value(ex: 20) ??
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Kishore
Dear Kishore,
There is an identifier in the planning area settings to distinguish zero values with blank, If you will check this identifier system will behave as per your expectation. Please do this setting change in the target planning area . This setting change of planning area does not require live cache or planning area down.
Hope it will be helpful.

Thank you all for your responses to my query.
I deleted the entries in the target system and ran the job again so that new values are updated.
Thanks,
Kishore

Hi Kishore,
While loading from Infocube, the old data will be overwritten if source and target CVCs are matching. If there is no data in Source for one particular CVC, then no change happens at target
There are some "Additional Settings" at the bottom of the screen which might be of some help.
Let me know if you need anything

Hi Kishore,
During one of the testing on similar scenario I found that the target will be overwritten by source data & will be made blank even if you had value initially. Similarly it will not add up both the values but will overwrite with the source data.
Please let me know if you find any different results.

Rahul
