Unable to preview SWF file.

Hello Gurus,

I am unable to view SWF file when i click on preview. from past 2-3 hours it is showing message "Generating SWF" when i click on preview. And also it is not throwing any error. Data in excel is taken from webi report by using Live Office connection.

Currently we are in BO 4.0 SP2.
