HCM P&F Org Change Infotype 0001 not delimiting on OM after upgrade

Hi,

We have an issue with HCM P&F after upgrade to EHP 6 Service Pack 10 and ECC 7.31 service pack 11.

Now, during organization change thru HCM P&F, delimiting of position doesn't work on OM side (PPOSE). what happens is after save employees are assigned to multiple positions (multiple assignment).  

If I do it on PA30, PA40, (or in OM itself when set dates for relationship is manually checked) this works fine, it will be able to delimit the position on the OM side.  But if we do it on HCM P&F it doesn't delimit the position.

Is there any configuration that should I look at for this?

Can you share your process config?

Which service are you using to delimit position? Is it SAP_PA or  SAP_PD?

Also what is the behaviour in transaction PUIT_UI?

we are using SAP_PA as the backend service.

what exactly I am looking for in tcode PUIT_UI? it shows a result for decoupled infotypes but I'm not sure what does that mean?
