Adding additional fields to Row#1 name in CrossTab

I wish to display two additional fields to the right of my Row#1 Name without creating Row#2 or Row#3 total rows.

Plus, I need to be able to export the cross tab report to Excel where each field in crosstab row#1 name will be a separate column in Excel.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
