How to set the default Home Page for a Business Role

Hi,

As in all the business role, we can see one work center as XXX-XXX-HOME, this is present in most of the standrad business role, and after log in system directcly navigate to this page, but if i want to make any custom page as default home page then what setting are needed if we are making a custom business role without copy of standard business role.

Where is the setting in the Business role or navigation bar which identify ,the first page to be display after log in.
