Dear community!

I try to SPS update my ERP system using SUM, in phase PREP_INPUT/KX_CPYORG i faced with error,

Last error code set: Cannot open '/usr/sap/A03/SYS/exe/run/dbatoolsora.lst': No such file or directory

Really no such file in this directory, maybe because my db and apllcation server located on different mashibes/hosts...please, tell me, how i can resolve this error?

Hi Albert,

Download "DBATOOLS Package for Oracle 10g and 11g" relevant for your kernel version from SAP Service market place then extract and replace it in kernel directory, It contains dbatoolsora.lst file,

This have resolved my issue,

Yes, but i faced with new error..

Severe error(s) occurred in phase PREP_INPUT/KX_CPYORG!

Last error code set: Failed to copy 10 files, check 'KX_CPYORG.LOG' for details

I think that SUM not see db host...maybe i have to do some actions..

According guide i have HA system..

Hi Albert

You can check

From service market place download new kernel and extract it. In that you will find dbatoolsora.lst. You upload it and try again. I think this will resolve issue. If not post error log provided in sum tool.

In case of distributed system, you should run SUM on Primary application server.
