Reporting!

Hey guys!

Need a serious help plzz.Have anyone done the examples from the pdf file 305 of sap bw reporting?it says how to do it..but i dont have the infocube which i can make queries out of it.so is there any way anyone can mail me the excel sheet or any help.if yes then plz let me know i have some problems doing it.

Or can anyone give me a tutorial or link other than the help.sap.com which gives me the whole step by step process how to create structures, calculated kfg etc.
