Password Character in Matrix Column

Hi All

I have create one Login Setup screen (Master Type Table) with User ID and password.

I want to hide the password details while loading the form. I have tried the IsPassword method of Matrix Column and it's not working

Can any one have idea to handle the password character in Matrix Column.
