Alerts for Text

Hi,

I am new to Dashboards. i want to give alerts for Text . i can't find it .can you please help me out.

what exactly ,i am looking i have created a dashboard with details " Job name " and " Job status" . so job status is completed or not completed.

i have to show green color when it is showing completed and red color for not completed. how to give alerts for this Text. i found alerts is only for numbers .
