Recipient not found (Transfer Contract from SRM)

Hi,

When creating a contract in SRM and trying to transferred to R3, the SLG1 transaction shows following error:

Recipient not found

The error occurred by processing event RELEASED_NEWLY with GUID xxxx

The error occurred by processing event RELEASED_AGAIN with GUID xxxx

and the contract is not transferred to R3.

If we check IDOC BLAORD03 in R3 side, we see the number of the related contract that should to be generated is informed in the E1EDK02 segment but...if we go to the transaction ME33K to display it, an error message is raised to indicate us that it doesn't exist.

If we check the BBP_PD transaction in SRM side, we can verify that there is no links created with the related contract that should be generated in R3 side

Have to say that we have already checked the OSS note '1644163' and verified that there is an entry in BBPC_PARTNERFUNC table with following value: PARTNER FUNCTION 00000051 linked to FUNCTION TYPE 0019. Even in the contract the field Purch Org Auth for Released is filled in

Could you please help? we can not find the root cause of the problem...and any of the contracts can not be transferred

Hi Abdul,

The problem was solved by setting price and quantity as optional in table T162 for WKK type.
