Need to populate source filed baded on below logic

Can any one help me on sorting below logic

If the Source Field "Delivery" exists, Map the Source Field, else if the Source Field "Error" exists, Map the Current Date and Time in the form of given example.

Ex:

2013-02-22T07:03:14.801
