Decision Unit?

Hi,

I am involved in the development of a new social security benefit.

We are using the Social Services component to make this happen.

As part of this project Decision Units are being considered.

My problem is that I do not understand what Decision Units are.

So, my query is ... are there any tutorials/articles/etc available that can help me understand Decision Units are and how they should be used.
