Decision Unit?

Hi,

I am involved in the development of a new social security benefit.

We are using the Social Services component to make this happen.

As part of this project Decision Units are being considered.

My problem is that I do not understand what Decision Units are.

So, my query is ... are there any tutorials/articles/etc available that can help me understand Decision Units are and how they should be used.

Hi Pas,

Decision Units are a new option in CRM 7.03 Social Services as part of Composite Calculation.  You can find more here: Composite Calculation - Social Services - SAP Library

I'd suggest if you want to discuss meaning and purpose of decision units beyond that you would be best to do so in either the CRM or Public Sector forums.
