NWBC MSS Reporting launchpad caching reports

I have been configuring the MSS reports using LPD_CUST and I found that my changes weren't being reflected in the MSS Reporting launchpad.  When I then moved on to another user the changes were there.  There must be some sort of Caching going on and I wonder if anyone knows how to clear this.

I have tried clearing the table CKLTEX and this doesnt work.  I saw Chris Paine had detailed on another discussion how to clear the NWBC cache but we are using NWBC html not desktop and this option doesnt seem to be available.

If I could find the function/class/method that  gets the report list for a Role|Instance this would also help if anyone knows that?

Hi all,

I wanted to share the solution from SAP as I think this is a very useful tip for everyone using LPD_CUST:

Select the reporting role/Instance in LPD_CUST (e.g. MSS/ZREP) and then use menu 'Extras -> delete end-user launchpads'. This will delete user-specific versions of the launchpad and then the latest config will be shown.

Could you please clear NWBC cache on server side: in SE38 run report NWBC_DELETE_MENU_CACHE 1353538 - NWBC -Patch Collection- SERVER SIDE (ABAP)+NWBC for HTML BC-FES-BUS-HTM a oss message can be raised for this too

Thanks for this advice - this report may come in useful in the future but it hasnt made the reporting menus the same for the users.  I will raise in SAP incident.

Thanks for the quick reply.  We dont have a portal so option 1 isnt available and I think your option 2 is to do with desktop and not NWBC HTML.  I added the parameter anyway and the users still see the old reporting menus.
