If I reinstall Crystal Reports Server 2008 will I lose my current user data, categories, folders and scheduled reports?

I am getting the following error when logging onto CMC:

Server xxxx:6400 not found or server may be down (FMW 01003) null

I believe that this is being caused by the BOE120MySQL service on my server not running.  When I start the service, it immediately stops and I can not get it to run.

Will re-installing Crystal Reports Server fix this?

If I reinstall, will I lose my current user data, categories, folders, history and scheduled report settings and limitations?

You can run repair, instead of reinstall.

Hi Steve,

if you reinstall the server, all the data will be lost. So don't do reinstall. what Abhilash advise that you can post this thread in this link.BI Platform.
