InfoObject 0ID_CHADAT is not available in version A

Is there step by step procedures for activating this InfoObject. The reason I plan to use it is because I have created a Delta enabled Generic Extractor using EQUI-AEDAT and feel that this is the ideal InfoObject to map to. If incorrect please advise an alternative. Thanks
