Course type content IT5003

Dear all,

Please explain me the concept after IT5003 "Course type content". If as an end user I am trying to create a "Business event type" through SAP easy access--S_AHR_61011888, and choosing delivery method "Virtual classroom training", it is asking for "Course type content". I am not able to relate this.

1) We do not have LSO, only using T&EM. How to create Business event type through this. I need to train user on this and so want to be very clear on it.

2) Where do I maintain "Course content type".

3) Also, without LSO, can I maintain delivery methods apart from one which are standard in SAP system, or is it that I can only choose Classroom training if LSO is not configured?

Need urgent help, please reply.
